If you purchase a weekend pass or individual ticket to any New Year’s event, or to Pervert or Spring Break over President’s Day, you’ll receive an invite code for free admission to the event several days before the event.

INVITES to FREE MLK will be sent the day before the event as invite codes that you redeem in the Masterbeat app for FREE admission. Is Free, FREE?

Masterbeat’s annual FREE event is our way of saying thank you to our loyal guests for supporting other Masterbeat events throughout the year.

Admission to FREE MLK 2023 is free to anyone who purchased any ticket or pass to any Masterbeat 2023 New Year’s event or any ticket or pass to President’s Weekend 2023.

How do I get my ticket to FREE?

Your ticket to FREE will be available exclusively in the new Masterbeat app, now available for both iOS and Android.

The free ticket will appear in the REWARDS section of the app beginning Saturday, January 14th at noon.

To receive the free ticket, you must create an account in the app with the same email address used to purchase your New Year’s or President’s weekend tickets. Free admission is linked solely by email address. If you use a different email address in the app than you used to purchase the tickets, you will not find or receive the ticket in the REWARDS section, so be sure to check the email address used to purchase tickets and ensure it matches the email address used on the account in the Masterbeat app.

I haven't received my ticket or invite to FREE.

How many tickets to FREE will I receive?

You will receive the same number of tickets to FREE as the maximum number of tickets you purchased to any one of the New Year’s or President’s Day events on one order. Orders are not cumulative. See the example below:

A customer bought 4 tickets to New Year’s Eve, 3 tickets to Neon Circus, and 5 tickets to Matinee Pervert over President’s Day. This customer will receive 5 invite codes, which is equal to the maximum number of tickets placed for one single event.

When you navigate to the REWARDS tab in the Masterbeat app, your barcode will show admission for the number of tickets you quality for based on the above. All guests on one reward must arrive at the same time. For example, the guest above will have 5 admissions available in his REWARDS and all 5 individuals must enter FREE at the same time.

I've ordered multiple tickets to multiple qualifying parties, why don't I receive multiple FREE tickets?

Admission to FREE is meant for each individual who purchases tickets to our qualifying tickets, not for earning FREE tickets to give to friends that did not buy tickets to other events.

Friends may always purchase admission to FREE for only $20 in advance, available now, purchase a ticket or pass to President’s Day to earn a free invite, or buy a ticket to FREE at the door.

I bought a ticket at the door to a New Year's event, how do I get a ticket to FREE?

Unfortunately, as noted every year, tickets purchased at the door to any event do not qualify to earn a ticket to FREE. Tickets must be purchased in advance and online in order to be tracked and quality for an admission to FREE. In future years, we recommend purchasing in advance. For this year, you can grab a ticket to FREE for only $20 in advance online now.

I'm not seeing my free tickets in the app.

1. Is it after 12:00 noon Pacific on Saturday, January 14th? Rewards will not go live in the app until after this time.

2. Are you logged in to the app with the same email address used to purchase the tickets? You must create an account and log in with the exact same email address used on the ticket order to see the ticket in rewards.

I've placed multiple ticket orders with the same email address.

You will only receive the same number of tickets to FREE as the maximum number of tickets you purchased to any one of the New Year’s or President’s Day events on one order, on one email address. Orders are not cumulative and additional purchases do not earn more FREE tickets. See the example below:

I don't have access to an iOS or Android device to use the app.

FREE access is available exclusively through the Masterbeat app with no exceptions.

If you cannot access the app with an iOS or Android device to claim the reward, you’ll need to buy an individual ticket to FREE here.

The app says my account does not exist.

Be sure you’re account has been created.

As mentioned in the first Splash screen in the new app, this new version required a reset of the database. If you had an account in the old app, it needs to be re-created now.
Be sure to use the same email address you used to purchase tickets to create your account.
To ensure your tickets and rewards are matched, we recommend creating an account with the email and password method rather than using social sign in.
