Everyone is invited to FREE.  If you purchased a ticket to NYC Pride or LA New Year’s, you’ll have FREE admission, but if not, simply buy a discounted presale ticket online and join our biggest party of the year!

Masterbeat’s annual FREE event is our way of saying thank you to our loyal guests for supporting other Masterbeat events throughout the year.

Admission to FREE MLK 2024 is free to anyone who purchased a ticket or pass to NYC Pride 2023 or anyone who purchases a ticket or pass to Masterbeat New Year’s 2024 in Los Angeles or NYC Pride 2024. 

Your ticket to FREE will be available exclusively in the new Masterbeat app, now available for both iOS and Android.

The free ticket will appear in the REWARDS section of the app.

To receive the free ticket, you must create and log in to an account in the app with the same email address used to purchase your NYC Pride or New Year’s Los Angeles tickets.  Free admission is linked solely by email address.  If you use a different email address in the app than you used to purchase the tickets, you will not find or receive the ticket in the REWARDS section, so be sure to check the email address used to purchase tickets and ensure it matches the email address used on the account in the Masterbeat app.

You will receive the same number of tickets to FREE as the maximum number of tickets you purchased to NYC PRIDE or New Year’s Los Angeles on any one order from one email address. Orders are not cumulative and additional purchases do not earn more FREE tickets.  

When you navigate to the REWARDS tab in the Masterbeat app, your barcode will show admission for the number of tickets you quality for based on the above.  All guests on one reward must arrive at the same time.  

Admission to FREE is meant for each individual who purchases tickets to our qualifying events, not for earning FREE tickets to give to friends that did not buy tickets to other events.

Friends may always purchase admission to FREE for only $40 in advance, available now, purchase a ticket or pass to New Year’s Los Angeles or Masterbeat’s NYC PRIDE 2024 to earn a free ticket, or buy a ticket to FREE at the door.

Unfortunately, tickets purchased at the door to any event do not qualify to earn a ticket to FREE. Tickets must be purchased in advance and online in order to be tracked and quality for an admission to FREE. In future years, we recommend purchasing in advance. For this year, you can grab a ticket to FREE for only $40 in advance online now.

Are you logged in to the app with the same email address used to purchase the tickets?  You must create an account and log in with the exact same email address used on the ticket order to see the ticket in rewards.  Check your Showclix confirmation email to ensure you are using the same email address.

If you’ve just purchased tickets to New Year’s or Pride 2024, the app will refresh each Sunday morning.  The ticket will then appear in the REWARDS section of the app Please check back weekly, the FREE ticket will appear before the MLK event in January.

FREE access is available exclusively through the Masterbeat app with no exceptions.

If you cannot access the app with an iOS or Android device to claim the reward, you’ll need to buy an individual ticket to FREE here.

Be sure you’re account has been created.

• As mentioned in the first Splash screen in the new app, this new version required a reset of the database.  If you had an account in the old app, it needs to be re-created now.
• Be sure to use the same email address you used to purchase tickets to create your account.
• To ensure your tickets  and rewards are matched, we recommend creating an account with the email and password method rather than using social sign in.
