FINDING YOUR TICKETS.
- Mobile Ticket: when you choose this option, a link to a mobile ticket will be sent to the number you provided on the day of the event.
- Print at Home: immediately after check out you are sent a confirmation email with a link to download and print your ticket(s).
With either method you are always sent a confirmation after checkout via email. Often a lot of time can go by between your purchase and the event, and you might lose or can’t find your confirmation. Don’t worry, simply visit showclix.com and sign in to “My Tickets” with your email and password for a complete history of your orders. Here you can always download or retrieve tickets to your events. If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it here. There are also links if you need additional help. Please contact Showclix with the various links provided on their site if you still need help locating a past order.
HOW DO BARCODES WORK?.
When you purchase your tickets on Showclix, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a single barcode for the entire purchase. That barcode can be used for admission for all of the events and tickets on your order. But, what if you need individual barcodes for each event or to give to others in your party? You can go to showclix.com and sign in to “My Tickets” where you can get individual tickets and barcodes for each event and purchase if needed. If you need help with this process, Showclix offers various methods to contact them for support on their website.
REFUND POLICIES.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. These terms and conditions are presented and agreed to before you checkout on the ticketing site. Both Covid and Monkeypox have been in the public mindset long before any current event tickets went on sale, therefore there was knowledge of these risks when the tickets were purchased. There is no refund or credit of pre-purchased tickets if you decide not to, or are unable to, attend an event that occurs as scheduled after you have purchased tickets for it, regardless of the reason, including if you test positive for Covid (see below).
Unused ticket or passes cannot be transferred to future events, you are purchasing a ticket or pass to the exact event specified.
You may, at your discretion, sell or gift your ticket to a friend or acquaintance who can use your ticket if you are unable to attend.
